Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences (上海健康医学院) was born in the new era of “Healthy China”. It is an undergraduate medical school of applied technology. The school is located in the Pudong Zhangjiang Science City International Medical Park. It has three vibrant campuses, namely Beiyuan, Nanyuan and Xinnanyuan. The school currently has more than 15,000 students, and has 14 undergraduate and 27 specialty programs, including clinical medicine, nursing, rehabilitation therapy, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, medical imaging technology, medical testing technology, health services and Management, health inspection and quarantine, clinical engineering technology and other specialties. Among them, clinical engineering technology, medical product management and other majors are the first of its kind in the country, and multiple majors such as health service and management and medical imaging technology fill the gap in Shanghai.

Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences has 5 affiliated hospitals including the East Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, the South Hospital of Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital, Jiading District Central Hospital, Zhoupu Hospital, Pudong New Area People’s Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital, Huashan Hospital, etc. Many teaching hospitals, more than a dozen national and Shanghai-level public training bases, and maintain comprehensive and close cooperative relations with hundreds of high-level medical service institutions, medical device companies and testing units. Among them, the Asian Nuclear Medicine Conference has been held in our university for 3 consecutive years, leading the development direction of Asian nuclear medicine; the China Digital Medical Industry Forum was held in our university, marking the first Shanghai to build a digital medical industry-university-research cooperation bridge.
