Jilin International Studies University (吉林外国语大学, website) is a key university in Jilin Province. Jilin International Studies University is located in the scenic Jingyuetan Tourism Scenic Area in Changchun, covering an area of 703,000 square meters and a building area of 323,000 square meters. The university has more than 10,000 students, including 10204 full-time undergraduates, 620 graduate students, and more than 300 foreign students. There are currently more than 900 faculty members, including more than 50 foreign teachers from the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, France , Japan, Germany, Spain, South Korea, Russia, Italy, Portugal, Egypt and other countries.

In 2015, the school and the City University of New Jersey in the United States implemented a joint finance school and established a Confucius Institute. In cooperation with the Munich University of Applied Languages, Germany, a joint German school was implemented.
