Chengdu College of Arts and Sciences (成都文理学院) is a full-time provincial undergraduate college. The school was founded in 1999. Its predecessor was the School of Cultural Communication and International Business School of Sichuan Normal University (not a second-level college). In 2004, it was merged to form the College of Arts and Sciences (Independent College) of Sichuan Normal University. It was approved by the Ministry of Education in 2014.
