Introduction to Zhuzhou School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University
Zhuzhou School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University (北京师范大学株洲附属学校, website) was founded in May 2005. The school is jointly organized by Beijing Normal University, Zhuzhou Municipal People’s Government, and Hunan Zhongji Education Resources Development Co., Ltd. The school covers an area of 232 mu, with a building area of 145,000 square meters, and a total investment of 350 million yuan. The school is designed according to a twelve-year consistent system, divided into two departments: elementary school and middle school (including middle school and high school). There are 156 teaching classes, 6,924 students, 647 faculty members, and 455 full-time teachers. The school is an experimental school directly affiliated to Beijing Normal University in Central and South China.
