Introduction to Shenzhen International Foundation College
Shenzhen International Foundation College (SIFC深圳国际预科学院, website), was founded in June, 2004. It was the first international school in Shenzhen engaged in international pre-university courses and the American high school curriculum. SIFC focuses on every student’s development and growth, making efforts to nurture modern citizens with independent thinking, passion, patriotism, and international vision. SIFC has helped students enter world-renowned universities and gain substantial achievements.
With the school motto “To combine Chinese and Western words into actions” SIFC has captured the essence of Eastern and Western cultures to create a unique multicultural curriculum based on long-term exploration.
During the past 17 years, thousands of our students studied at overseas famous universities, including Columbia University, Cornell University, University of California Berkeley, Boston College, University of Washington and School of the Art Institute of Chicago in America; London School of Economics and Political Science and Durham University in Britain; University of Toronto, Simon Fraser University and University of British Columbia in Canada; Australian National University and University of Sydney in Australia; Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland; SKEMA Business School in France, etc. More than 100 students gained full or partial scholarships from overseas universities.
