Introduction to Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign Language School
Hangzhou Shanghai World Foreign Language School (杭州上海世界外国语学校, website) is the second IB full series of World Foreign Language Schools opened in China by World Foreign Language Education Group after Shanghai World Foreign Language School.
The DP course is a pre-university program of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB), which is mainly aimed at students aged 16-19. Its academic qualifications are widely recognized by major universities in the world. The DP course of Hang Shiwai has conducted in-depth cooperation with the group’s American school SPS, adopting the “1+2” model. In the first year, students experience immersive teaching in American schools, experience the charm of multiculturalism and cultivate international thinking. In the second and third years, students will complete the DP formal study in Hangzhou World Waivers. Students can obtain the dual guarantee of Chinese and American SPS dual diplomas, and the dual diploma of American high school + IBDP.
