Position Overview
1. Teach students speaking courses according to the teaching plan.
2. Prepare reports in compliance with school guidelines;
3. Instruct and encourage students to participate in professional competitions, and obligatorily participate in professional-related extracurricular activities
4. Other essential duties as needed.

Application Conditions
1. Native English speaker
2. Under 60 years old, with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience /TEFL/TESOL
3. IELTS training experience is preferred
4. Bachelor’s degree or above (Essential)

Benefit Package
1. Annual income
Basic salary: 84,000/96,000/108,000 RMB (decided by highest degree; there are 16 classes/per week with a total of 16 weeks for one semester compulsorily)
Overtime pay: 200RMB/ per extra Class hour (45mins)
