Yuyao High School (余姚中学, website) was founded in November 1935, and was rated as one of the province’s 18 first-level key middle schools in 1995. The school is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.
As of November 2014, the school covers an area of 170 acres with a construction area of 113,390 square meters; there are 39 classes and more than 2,000 teachers and students. The school has 6 chemistry laboratories, 6 physics laboratories, 3 biology laboratories, and 6 special classrooms for specimens, geography, calligraphy, and fine arts.
