Wuhan No.1 High School (武汉一中, website) was founded in 1931. The school is a key middle school in Hubei Province, a provincial model school, and an excellent experimental school for modern education technology in Hubei Province.
The school has high school and junior high schools. The school’s Hongqiqu Road campus (high school) covers an area of 115 mu. The school has three grades and 52 classes, with an annual enrollment of 600 students and 2,000 students.
