Introduction to Nanya Middle School

Nanya Middle School (长沙南雅中学, website) is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. Formerly known as Peking University Affiliated Middle School Hunan Branch, it became Yali Boarding Middle School in 2002 and later changed its name to Changsha Nanya Middle School. It is a high starting point and unique feature approved and established by the Changsha City Government, A modern and complete middle school. In July 2012, the school was successfully transformed into a municipal government-owned complete secondary school. Nanya Middle School implements three strategies of “open education, individual education, and independent education” around the educational concept of “laying a foundation for the life-long development of students”, and is committed to creating “a top junior high school and first-class high school in the province”.

The school covers an area of 285 acres and has 467 teaching staff, including 390 full-time teachers, 276 middle and senior teachers, and 15 provincial and municipal backbone teachers.
