Introduction to Dandong No.2 High School
Dandong No.2 High School (丹东二中, website) was founded in 1910 and is a school with glorious traditions.
The school was designated as a key middle school in Liaoning Province in 1960, and was designated as the first batch of demonstration high schools in Liaoning Province in 2003. In 2015, it was rated as the first most beautiful high school campus in Liaoning.
In December 2009, the school moved to the new campus. The new campus is a modern boarding school that can accommodate 4,000 teachers and students. The new campus covers an area of 107,000 square meters with an investment of more than 200 million yuan. The school has 2 teaching buildings, 1 experimental building, 1 library building, 1 Chinese International Training Center building, 1 canteen and 4 student dormitory buildings, 1 sports art hall, and a 400-meter runway standard Plastic sports venues. The school has 66 teaching classes and more than 3,100 students. The school currently has 311 staff.
