Introduction to Yulin University

Yulin University (榆林学院，website) is located in the national key energy and chemical base, historical and cultural city and modern characteristic agricultural demonstration base – Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The university is the only provincial undergraduate college in Yulin City. The predecessor of the university was the Jude Branch of Xi’an Teachers College, which was founded in 1958. The history of the school can be traced back to the Jude Teachers’ School founded in 1923. In 2003, it was named Yulin University.

Foreign Teacher Recruitment Notice

Recruitment Positions
Full-time long-term or part-time short-term foreign experts and overseas high-level talents in the fields of Mechanical Engineering.

Recruitment requirements
Professional foreign experts and overseas high-level talents
(1) A master’s degree or above;
(2) More than two years of relevant work experience;
(3) Under the age of 60, in good physical and mental health (PhD holders and Professors can be up to 65 years old);
(4) Obey the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and there is no legal dispute in its original residence, and there is no criminal record.

Job Responsibilities
1. Professional foreign experts and overseas high-level talents
2. Undertake the module teaching arranged by the academic colleges or departments (the weekly average teaching workload is less than 14 hours);
3. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students;
4. Give lectures and other teaching activities required by the academic college or department.

Salaries and benefits
1. Monthly base salary is 12,000 RMB. If you are an overseas high-level talent with a master’s degree or doctor’s degree, the base salary is higher and is negotiable case by case;
2. Provide a on-campus apartment and necessary furniture and appliances, and water, electricity, natural gas, heating and internet are free;
3. Provide a comprehensive medical insurance;
4. Provide 10,000 RMB airfare allowance and 2200 RMB travel allowance during the one-year contract period;
