Guangxi University for Nationalities is located in the beautiful scenery of Xiangsi Lake in Nanning City, the capital of Guangxi. In 1953, it was renamed Guangxi Nationalities College. In 1958, it was renamed Guangxi Nationalities College. In 2006, it was renamed Guangxi University for Nationalities. It is a national nation. The Affairs Committee and the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region jointly established universities, national central and western colleges, university infrastructure construction projects, and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

FULL TIME FOREIGN TEACHER POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Guangxi University for Nationalities (GXUN) plans to recruit full-time foreign teachers:
1.Positions Available
a. 10 foreign teachers in School of Foreign Studies:
(a)Teaching English to English major students: 3
(b)Teaching English to Non-English major students: 5
(c)Teaching French to French major students: 2
b. 1 Cambodian Teacher in School of Southeast Asian Studies
c. 1 Thai Language Teacher in College of International Education
2. Position Requirements
a. Applicants shall be the citizen of the countries whose mother-tongues are the above-mentioned languages, and can only teach courses on their mother tongue.
b. Holding full time Bachelor’s Degree or other higher degrees.
c. More than two year’s full-time experience in teaching the above-mentioned language (after obtaining Bachelor’s degree)which is the same as their mother-tongue.
The applicant who meets one of the following qualification standards is exempted from this requirement:
(a) Holding BD (MD or PhD) in major of education,or the above-mentioned language which is the same as their mother-tongue.
(b) Holding teaching certificates of the countries whose mother-tongues is the language to be taught by the applicant.
(c) Holding TEFOL or TESOL certificate and applied to teach English courses.
d. Applicants shall be under the age of 60 before the contract expires.
e. Health: Applicants shall be healthy, without quarantinable disease, infectious diseases under surveillance or any other disease which is highly dangerous to the public health.
f.Applicants shall have no records of deportation, crimes or other bad behaviors.
g. Applicants shall be good at communication and team work.
3. Materials for Application
Materials needed for application include resume and copies of both degree certificate and the front page of passport. All these materials must be authentic, otherwise, the applicant will be disqualified.
