(Source: Hunan University of Chinese Medicine) 2017年11月2日晚7点，由湖南中医药大学教务处主办、人文社科学院承办的湖南中医药大学首届中医英语口语比赛决赛在含浦校区3213教室举行。湖南中医药大学教务处处长李铁浪、人文社科学院党委书记章小纯、人文社科学院医学英语教研室全体教师及全校各专业的研究生、本科生同学参加了此次活动。 中医英语口语比赛旨在培养学生中医英语的学习兴趣，促进大家专业英语能力和水平的提高，助力中医药国际交流人才的培养，以及中医药文化的对外传播。本次比赛得到了来自研究生院、中医学院、针灸推拿学院、药学院、护理学院等学生的积极参与，最终共62名同学参加了10月28日的初赛。经过初赛筛选，共16人进入决赛，选手包括博士生、硕士生和本科生。 经过紧锣密鼓的筹备，首届中医英语口语比赛决赛于11月2日晚7点在3213教室拉开帷幕。比赛开始前，由湖南中医药大学教务处李铁浪处长致辞。随后，比赛正式开始。当晚比赛分为两轮，由医学英语教研室4老师及2名美籍外教共同担任评委。第一轮比赛中，各位选手依次在3分钟内现场口译抽到的中医术语及中医相关段落，共有6名选手晋级第二轮比赛。在此轮比赛中，由2名外教根据自己对中医的体验，对选手进行关于中医知识的提问。最后，比赛共产生了一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优胜奖10名。其中，来自研究生院2017级硕士1班的张宇娟同学荣获一等奖。此外，现场还进行了紧张而有趣的中医术语翻译有奖抢答，在场观众都积极参与，充分展现了同学们对于中医英语的热爱。 图一：教务处李铁浪处长致辞 图二：选手答题 图三：美籍外教Sam向选手提问 图四：美籍外教Russell对选手表现进行点评 图五：人文社科学院党委书记章小纯为一等奖获得者颁奖 图六：医学英语教研室主任肖平教授为二等奖获得者颁奖 图七：外教Russell与Sam为三等奖获得者颁奖
