Introduction to Merchiston Castle International School Shenzhen
Merchiston Castle International School Shenzhen (深圳曼彻斯通城堡学校, website) is a boarding and K12 consistent international school that provides pure British education. It is also the first overseas branch of Edinburgh Manchester Castle School, a British private school with a history of more than 188 years.
The school’s education service team is composed of the principal of the middle school, the principal of the primary school, Chinese and foreign teachers, teaching assistants, life teachers, logistics service guarantee team, and visiting professors led by principal Chris Lynn.
The school inherits the traditional advantages of Edinburgh School, extensively designs various auxiliary courses and extracurricular activities, and provides professional venues and supporting facilities for all students to participate in. The school will also cooperate with excellent local sports organizations to provide more diverse sports options such as equestrian, sailing, golf, and skating.
On December 25, 2020, Merchiston Castle International School Shenzhen ranked 39th in the UK undergraduate direction in the “2020 China International School Competitiveness Ranking” released by Jingling New International.
