National Teaching Program
ISAC National Teaching Program (NTP) is a project run by ISAC and our participating schools that provides foreign language teachers opportunity to work at Chinese public primary, middle and high schools. The goal of the program is to introduce legal and responsible foreign teachers into Chinese public education sector at all levels, and develop cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.
Teachers under the NTP program will enjoy the same benefits as Chinese teachers with paid summer or winter vacation, meals provided at school canteen; You will also have a furnished accommodation and a salary package that allows you to live and work comfortably in China. Upon finishing the contract at your school, you have the option to move to another school or program (University Program or Hangzhou Program) and extend your Chinese experience at a different institution with ISAC.

Job Description
- Teach English Speaking, English Listening, etc.
- Class size: approximately 40-50 students per class;
- Assess students’ performance including conversation, and tests;
Working Hours
- The workload is from 20 to 24 teaching units per week
- The total workings hours are 36-40 hours per week
Salary Package
- Approximately CNY 12,000 – 16,000 per month
- Contract for 10 months
Contract Length
- One year contract
- Paid winter vacation for 1 month

Native Speaker
You can only teach the language of your home country;
Age Requirement
Less than 60 years old due to the visa regulation of P.R.C
Teaching Experience
– Two years experience or
– Education degree or
– Teaching certificate
Degree
Bachelor degree or above; Higher degree holder will enjoy higher salary
Teaching Certificate
Teaching certificate including TEFL or TESOL or CELTA (120+ hours)
