Introduction to Hengyang No.1 Middle School
Hengyang No.1 Middle School (衡阳一中, website) is located in the High-tech Zone of Hengyang City, Hunan Province. It is the provincial key middle school in Hunan Province and the first batch of provincial model high schools in Hunan Province.
The school was founded in 1884 at Chuanshan Academy. As of June 2016, the school covers an area of 350 acres, with a total of 255 faculty members, 66 teaching classes, and 3799 students.
