High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China (RDFZ, 人大附中, website) is the first demonstration high school in Beijing. Founded in April 1950, she is located in the center of Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Park. The campus covers an area of 142 acres. High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China founded “China Basic Education Outstanding Principals and Excellent Teachers Training Base” to train educator-like principals and expert teachers across the country. Since its establishment in 2009, the base has held more than 10 concentrated trainings and trained more than 1,500 principals and teachers from more than 20 provinces and municipalities across the country. In 2015, the Ministry of Education launched the principal training program for principals-the outstanding principals pilot project.
