Introduction to Fuzhou No.3 High School

Fuzhou No.3 High School (福州三中, website) is located on the shore of the scenic West Lake. Founded in 1942, the predecessor was “Fuzhou City Junior High School”. In June 1952, after the unified adjustment of the school name in Fuzhou, our school was officially named? “Fuzhou No. 3 High School” has been used since then.

In 1953, the school was identified as a key middle school in Fuzhou City. In 1963, it was identified as one of the first 14 provincial key schools. In 1994, our school was identified as a provincial-level school.

The school now has 42 classes and more than 2,000 students. There are 160 in-service teachers, including 4 special-grade teachers and 80 senior teachers.
