Introduction to Shenzhen Cuiyuan High School
Shenzhen Cuiyuan High School (深圳翠园中学, website) was founded in 1964, formerly known as “Shenzhen No. 2 Middle School”. It was named “Shenzhen Cuiyuan Middle School” in 1985 and is still in use today. After 50 years of development, the school has become a national model high school in Guangdong Province and a first-level school in Guangdong Province.

Cuiyuan Middle School is a paradise for students’ growth, talent and success! The campus culture is rich and colorful, and student clubs are flourishing. Since 2008, the 41 clubs developed by our school have blossomed, which has greatly enriched students’ extracurricular life, and students’ imagination and creativity have been fully exerted. Among them, the model society, drama society, magic society, paranormal research society, domino, animation, financial, street dance, karaoke, martial arts, American football club and other societies are the only ones in Shenzhen student clubs. On July 20, 2014, Cuiyuan Football Club was incorporated in Shenzhen Industry and Commerce Bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau and became the first officially registered secondary school football club in Guangdong Province. Cuiyuan Middle School created and operated the first middle school football club in Guangdong Province, which created a precedent for the development of campus football through the middle school club. On January 19, 2015, Cuiyuan Middle School student and Cuiyuan Football Club player Duan Liu Yu joined Super League giant Shandong Luneng with a million transfer fee, becoming the first “student player” from the middle school football club to the national junior team to the Super League Club “.
