Chuzhou University (滁州学院, website) is located in Chuzhou City, which is connected to the mountains and rivers of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Chuzhou University was founded in 1950 as Luzhou Normal School. After going through the school-running stage of Shexian Teachers School and Anhui Normal University Shexian Teaching Point (branch); in 1980 it was renamed as Luzhou Teachers College; in May 2004 it was upgraded to Luzhou College. In 2017, it successfully passed the review and evaluation of the undergraduate teaching work of the Ministry of Education.
Chuzhou University currently has two campuses, Huifeng and Langya, with an area of 1.089 million square meters, a building area of 480,000 square meters, teaching and research equipment and equipment worth 280 million yuan, a collection of 1.27 million paper books, and 1.32 million electronic books. . Chuzhou University’s talent training quality has been improved. The construction of the teaching staff of Chuzhou University has been newly improved.
