Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA, website) was founded in October 1952 and is one of the first aviation universities founded by New China. In 1978, it was designated as a national key university by the State Council; in 1981, it was approved by the State Council to become the first university with the right to confer doctoral degrees in the country; in 1996, it entered the national “211 Project”; in 2000, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to establish a graduate school; in 2011, Became a key university in the “985 Engineering Advantage Discipline Innovation Platform”; in 2017, it entered the national “double first-class” construction sequence. The school is now part of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Job Position
English Teacher (Sept. 2019-Jul. 2020)
Job Description:
1. Candidates should be from a native English country.
2. Candidates should be in between 25 and 60 years old.
3. Candidates should have bachelor’s degree or above. Master’s degree holders are preferred.
4. At least 2 years of English teaching experience, or holding a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate.
5. Foreign teachers are to teach English writing courses, and some oral course, which in total will have around 16 classes per week.
6. Candidates who have started the authentication process are preferred.
7. No criminal background is required. Candidates should be passionate about teaching, and be responsible and punctual.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Annual Salary: 75,200-94,200 RMB (flight allowance included).
2. 10-month contract. Salary raise upon contract renewal.
